Speaking in defense of Arizona Republican Rep. Paul Gosar — who facing censure for posting an anime cartoon of him killing Ocasio-Cortez — Boebert attacked Omar by baselessly linking her to terrorism.

FBI raids home of MAGA clerk Tina Peters — and Lauren Boebert's former campaign manager

The FBI on Tuesday raided the homes of Mesa County, Colorado clerk Tina Peters and three associates, as part of its investigation into whether the MAGA-loving official was involved in an election security breach.

"The FBI carried out a court-ordered search of Peters' home in Mesa County early Tuesday morning, leaving her 'terrified,' Peters said Tuesday night in an appearance on Lindell TV, an online channel run by MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, a Trump supporter and proponent of discredited claims the 2020 election was stolen," Colorado Politics reports. "Lindell said one of the homes raided by law enforcement authorities belongs to Sherronna Bishop, a Garfield County resident and former campaign manager for U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert."

Kevin McCarthy urges Republicans not to retaliate against GOP colleagues who voted for Biden's infrastructure bill: report

On Tuesday, CNN's Melanie Zanona reported that House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) privately told his caucus not to retaliate against the 13 House Republicans who voted for the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, better known as the bipartisan infrastructure deal.

According to Zanona, McCarthy also addressed his own inaction on the anime kill fantasy tweet against Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) posted by Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), saying that he had asked Gosar to take down the video.

Lauren Boebert threatens 'politically-motivated indictments' if the GOP reclaims the House

Approximately 24 hours after the Department of Justice indicted former Donald Trump adviser Steve Bannon on charges of criminal contempt of Congress, freshman Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) called the charges "politically-motivated" and warned Democrats can expect to be on the receiving end of charges should the GOP reclaim the House.

With Republicans expected to become the majority after the 2022 midterm election, the GOP would take over the chairmanships of the committees which could launch their own investigations into the Biden administration and more.

House Republicans have no problem with one of their members posting a tweet depicting him murdering Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez but they are outraged at 13 members of their caucus who voted to pass President Joe Biden's infrastructure bill.

According to Jake Sherman's Punchbowl News, rank and file GOP members of Congress are trying to force Republican Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to strip the 13 of their committee assignments, noting that "GOP leadership is bracing" for the attempt. McCarthy was opposed to the bill, which will vastly improve basic necessities like roads, bridges, rail, and the nation's ports, expand broadband access, and help localities protect against climate change.

BUSTED: Capitol rioter tells riot committee about contacts between state Republicans and Trump allies

An apparent participant in the Jan. 6 Capitol assault reported contacts between state-level Republican officials and associates of former President Donald Trump to the House committee investigating the January insurrection, according to Politico.

The rioter, who was not named due to fears of retaliation, was reportedly interviewed twice by the committee over the past week or so and "described knowledge of contacts between GOP officials in a key state Trump lost" and Trump's allies, according to the outlet.
