House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) didn't hold back on Wednesday after Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) met with QAnon Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) but refused to act to stop her behavior.

"After several conversations and literally running away from reporters, Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (Q-CA), " the statement began referring to McCarthy as a member of the Q Party, "made clear that he is refusing to take action against conspiracy theorist Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene. As a result, the House will continue with a vote to strip Greene of her seat on the esteemed House Committee on Education & Labor and House Committee on Budget. McCarthy's failure to lead his party effectively hands the keys over to Greene — an anti-Semite, QAnon adherent and 9/11 Truther."

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) is facing serious backlash for his latest attempt to blame the media for newly-elected Congresswoman and QAnon believer Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's (R-Ga.) actions.

On Wednesday, Feb. 3, the Florida Senator posted an erroneous tweet criticizing the media while disregarding Greene's disturbing actions that led to many of the latest incriminating reports, according to Talking Points Memo.

More questionable social media associations turned up for embattled Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who faces a House vote to strip her of her committee assignments.

The newly elected Georgia Republican has faced calls for her resignation or expulsion over her support for the QAnon conspiracy theory and possible violence against her political enemies, and Mother Jones found additional posts demonstrating her fringe viewpoints.

Fox News hosts Sandra Smith and John Roberts on Wednesday grilled Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) after she refused to express an opinion on controversial Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA).

"I know you think this is a matter that is better left for the House to deal with, but it does raise significant issues for the Republican Party," Roberts explained. "What will the perception and what will the future of the party be?"

When Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2016, no one was going to mistake her for a Rockefeller Republican. Cheney, the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney, is an arch-conservative known for her decidedly hawkish and pro-neocon views on foreign policy. But in 2021, the 54-year-old congresswoman finds herself being slammed as too left-wing by far-right extremists in the Republican Party — and her cardinal sin, as they see it, is believing that inciting violent insurrection is an impeachable offense.

On January 6, violent insurrection came to Washington, D.C. when a mob of extremists — including QAnon supporters, members of the Proud Boys, White nationalists and members of various militia groups — stormed the U.S. Capitol Building in the hope of preventing the certification of former Vice President Joe Biden's Electoral College victory. Then-President Donald Trump had spent two months promoting the debunked conspiracy theory that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from him because of widespread voter fraud, and the mob that stormed the Capitol Building obviously believed him. Some of the insurrectionists were calling for the lynching of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and then-Vice President Mike Pence, who the insurrectionists believed had betrayed Trump.

House Minority Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is under fire for his ineffectual handling of QAnon conspiracy theorist Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green (R-GA), who has among other offenses, openly and repeatedly supported the execution of the Speaker of the House.

The list of Congresswoman Greene's trespasses, transgressions, and some would say treasonous behaviors is long, and came to the fore early last week, followed by more this week. Many expected and demand McCarthy, who once was Republicans' top choice to replace John Boehner as Speaker, to quickly punish Greene, but instead he placed her on several committees.

Former Republican Rep. Denver Riggleman (VA) on Wednesday accused House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) being more concerned about his own fundraising than the future of the Republican Party.

During an interview on CNN, host Alisyn Camerota asked Riggleman why McCarthy has not stripped Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) of her committee assignments after she called for violence and expressed dangerous conspiracy theories.

Although former President Donald Trump has praised her, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia has become a major embarrassment to the Republican Party — and even hardcore GOP ideologues like Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell are saying that her "looney" extremism has no place in the GOP. But among House Republicans, Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming is receiving a lot more criticism than Greene. And the Wall Street Journal's conservative editorial board, in an editorial published on February 2, stresses that the fates of Greene and Cheney will determine the future of the GOP.

Cheney is being slammed as a RINO (Republican in Name Only) by many Trump sycophants for coming out in favor of impeaching the former president, who she clearly blames for the January 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol Building. Greene, however, is an unwavering Trump supporter, which still counts for a lot in the GOP — even though Trump left the White House on January 20 and Joe Biden is two weeks into his presidency.

MSNBC's Joe Scarborough ridiculed newly elected Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) for offering a laughable excuse for his ignorance of fellow freshman Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

The Alabama Republican claimed that bad weather had prevented him from reading the news, where he might have learned that Greene was under fire from Democrats and some Republicans for her support for bizarre conspiracy theories and violence against her political opponents.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is reportedly leaning toward removing QAnon-loving Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) from her committee assignments because he fears having a floor vote could do real damage to his party.

Politico's Rachel Bade appeared on CNN Wednesday and explained that McCarthy met with Greene on Tuesday and asked her to publicly denounce QAnon and apologize for spreading false information about school shootings being staged false flag operations.
