Former President Donald Trump's chief of staff, Mark Meadows, has reportedly reached an agreement with the Justice Department in which he'll give a guilty plea to federal charges.

"It is understood that the former North Carolina congressman will plead guilty to several federal charges as part of a deal for which he has already received limited immunity in exchange for his testimony," reporter Andrew Feinberg wrote for The Independent.

Wildfire smoke delays flights across the Northeast as FAA reports dangerous visibility

Wildfire smoke in the Northeast became so bad flights into area airports were affected Wednesday, with planes being grounded for periods of the day at New York LaGuardia and New Jersey's Newarks airports.

"The FAA has slowed traffic to and from New York City area airports due to reduced visibility from wildfire smoke," the Federal Aviation Authority tweeted.

Mike Pence says he 'still prays' for Donald Trump

It has been two years since a crowd of Donald Trump supporters built a gallows on the lawn of the U.S. Capitol and began chants of "Hang Mike Pence." For the first time, Pence on Wednesday addressed Jan. 6 in more detail than he has previously in speeches to the public.

Pence explained to a crowd in Iowa that he followed the law and stayed true to the Constitution and the oath of office. Reporters even noted that the password to the wifi at the event was "KeptHisOath!"

The men's PGA agreed to merge with the LIV Golf tour in a huge announcement Tuesday – much to the chagrin of families of 9/11 victims that have spoken out against the Saudi-backed LIV group for months.

A statement posted by Semafor reporter Max Tani revealed the group is "shocked and deeply offended" by the merger. They explained that the LIV Golf league is "bankrolled by billions of sports washing money from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
