Trump lawyers hire outside team to search properties for more documents -- and won't say what they found

Donald Trump's lawyers hired an outside team to search four of his properties for any remaining classified materials, four months after FBI agents seized top-secret government documents at Mar-a-Lago.

A source familiar with the matter told CNN the two-person team searched Trump Tower in New York, the Bedminster golf club and two other properties for materials the Department of Justice suspects may not have been returned to the federal government.

Suspect who shot 7-year-old Jewish boy and his dad with BB gun is charged with a hate crime

A man who allegedly shot a 7-year-old Jewish boy and his father outside a NYC kosher market with a BB gun has been arrested and charged with a hate crime, The Times of Israel reports.

The boy and his father were shot with the BB gun from a passing vehicle while exiting a Staten Island kosher grocery store on Sunday. The child was hit in the ear and the father in the chest. Jason Kish, 25, was charged with assault as a hate crime, acting in a manner injurious to a child under age 17, reckless endangerment and assault.

Gay California senator gets bomb threat calling him a 'groomer'

California Democratic Sen. Scott Wiener announced in a press release Tuesday that he received threats at his San Francisco home, KRON4 reports.

“Early this morning, I was informed by the San Francisco Standard and the police that someone had issued a bomb threat against me, listing my specific home address and also threatening to shoot up my Capitol office,” Wiener stated. “The email said ‘we will f—— kill you’ and called me a pedophile and groomer.”

Appeals court tells Michael Flynn he must testify in Fulton County's Trump investigation

Disgraced former Gen. Michael Flynn will be forced to testify to the Georgia special grand jury in Fulton County examining whether there was election fraud on the part of the White House or Donald Trump campaign, an appeals court wrote Tuesday.

Flynn had fought the subpoena saying he wasn't a "necessary or material witness” and claimed that a Georgia court couldn't subpoena a Florida witness. As with Mark Meadows case in South Carolina, Flynn was told he must testify.

Donald Trump's niece, Mary Trump, is looking to restart her lawsuit which accuses the former president of cheating her out of the family fortune, Bloomberg reports.
