Former President Donald Trump put his helicopter up for sale the day after he was announced the loser of the 2020 election. Eight months later, TMZ published a story claiming that the ex-president has another helicopter he needs to unload.

"Sources tell TMZ ... the former President recently put one of his personal choppers on the market, but there's no exact asking price, and potential buyers can just submit offers," the report said, marked with an "exclusive" label.

Right-wing Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) is asking for donations so that he can pay for the fines for Congressional members and their staff who refuse to wear a mask in the Capitol. But when clicking the link to donate, it takes you to his campaign page.

Typical members of Congress are paid $174,000 annually, so it's unclear why they would need donations to cover their own rule-breaking. Staffers certainly make much less, however, Washington, D.C. has mandated face masks in public places again. So, they would be in violation of the Capitol rules as well as D.C. rules. It's unclear if their Republican members would be willing to pay their fees themselves if the staffer follows their boss's lead.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) attacked Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin for wearing a mask and face shield when arriving in the Phillippines.

"Embarrassing COVID theatre," Rubio called it.

Accused Capitol rioter Dan Goodwyn apparently had a hard time being respectful while in court this week and now he might end up in jail as a result.

According to NBC News' Scott MacFarlane, who is following the indictments closely, Goodwyn is accused of refusing to meet with any pretrial services. He also refused to wear a mask during meetings and would play "word games" with court employees.

"The View's" Meghan McCain fumbled trying to explain why she was furious about being forced to wear a mask again.

McCain, who moved to Washington, D.C. noted that despite the high vaccination rate, the city is ushering in another mask mandate.

Harvard constitutional law professor Laurence Tribe tweeted Thursday about Steve Bannon warning that the Jan. 6 "rally" was going to be "hell." Bannon's comments are resurfacing as the congressional select committee begins its investigation into the Capitol attack.

Tribe claimed that if Bannon knew that it was going to be a "war" and "all hell is going to break loose," then President Donald Trump also knew what was going to happen.

Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) hammered one of President Joe Biden's nominees, demanding to know about his religion.

In the Senate Judiciary Committee Thursday, Justice Department nominee Hampton Dellinger was berated by Kennedy, who asked, "Do you believe in God?"

Former Republican strategists and Lincoln Project advisers Tara Setmayer and Rick Wilson broke down talking about the cruelty that Washington police are experiencing as they speak out against the attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Setmayer explained that her husband is a Black federal officer. Her grandfather, she said, served as a police officer for 40 years.

The National Rifle Association spent $22 million in legal costs over the course of the first five months of 2021, according to Bloomberg News. They will likely surpass their record legal spending of $40 million in 2020.

The NRA has been fighting legal challenges from the New York Attorney General over the fraud and misuse of funds that the organization endured under the leadership of President Wayne LaPierre. In their attempt to flee legal accountability, the NRA attempted to file for bankruptcy and restart the group in Texas where they'll have protection from Republican officials.

Former federal prosecutor Elie Honig speculated with Michael Cohen that Tom Barrack could reasonably be tried for treason after his off-the-books work for the UAE.

Barrack was arrested this month on the allegations that he was acting as a foreign agent when he was trying to influence former President Donald Trump. Another word for a "foreign agent" is a spy. For people like Barrack, if one is working with another country on lobbying the United States or attempting to influence policy, they must register with the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). Barrack didn't do that.

Capitol Police officer Harry Dunn addressed the Jan. 6 select committee Tuesday, telling harrowing stories about President Donald Trump's supporters shouting the N-word at him during the attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Speaking to CNN's Don Lemon on Wednesday, Dunn explained that the GOP is blaming Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). Dunn said that if the GOP and Fox News really believed that it was Pelosi's fault, they should want to get to the bottom of it with an investigation. Yet, they oppose it.

The attacks on Capitol Police officers continued Wednesday night from Fox News' Laura Ingrahm. Tuesday, she did her own mock award show to ridicule what she said was "acting" on the part of the cops.

Wednesday, however, she took it to a whole new level blaming Capitol Police and DC. Metro cops, saying that they have no one to blame but themselves. Ingraham first incorrectly stated that they testified on Wednesday when they spoke on Tuesday, and she then claimed that police knew for "weeks" that the Capitol would be attacked.

Slate.com revealed Wednesday evening that Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) was wearing body armor while speaking to President Donald Trump's "Stop the Steal" rally.

But in a strange moment, Brooks confessed something he hasn't previously said about that day. In a conversation where he was trashing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Brooks complained that her office wasn't "doing a better job with respect to the Capitol Police and their level of preparation."
