Donald Trump's property appraisal documents submitted to New york investigators

Real estate giant Cushman & Wakefield has handed over thousands of documents relating to appraisals of former President Donald Trump's properties to New York Attorney General Letitia James' office, NBC News reported on Monday.

James on Friday notified State Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron, who held Cushman & Wakefield in contempt last month, that it had "received Cushman’s production, which amounts to about 35,867 documents since entry of this court’s contempt order." James also asked Engoron to "dissolve the contempt order and hold any contempt purged, without any fines due or owing."

Donald Trump, Don Jr. and Ivanka will testify in New York case July 15

In a little over a month former President Donald Trump will take the stand in the case involving his company, the Trump Organization, to answer questions about possibly committing fraud.

According to CNBC, the Republican leader will be joined by his top two vice presidents and heirs, Donald Trump Jr. and Ivanka Trump. The Trump family has fought Attorney General Letitia James' subpoenas in the case for nearly a year, but in Feb. 2022, the judge demanded that they all comply.

A federal judge has lifted a contempt order that he imposed upon former President Donald Trump on April 25th, The New York Times reported on Wednesday.

New York Supreme Court 1st Judicial District Judge Arthur Engoron told the ex-commander in chief on Monday that he has until May 20th to pay $110,000 in fines and comply with a subpoena for documents issued in December by Democratic New York Attorney General Letitia James, who has been conducting a civil bank and tax fraud investigation into the Trump Organization's business practices for nearly three years.

According to Newsweek, former President Donald Trump is now up to $100,000 in civil contempt of court fines for refusing to turn over records to New York Attorney General Letitia James — and there is no indication he plans to pay up anytime soon.
