Writing for the Los Angeles Times, Tribe and Aftergut explained that the announcement that the court will hear Moore v. Harper predicts another legal case that could restrict voting rights for Americans. Describing the conservative majority as "extremist justices," the two men explained the decision in the Moore case will likely stab "voters’ right to pick leaders of their choice."

The Russian military is different from the U.S. military in that their top leaders are on site to make decisions, meaning they have a greater chance of being killed. At least one of those military leaders appears to be selling out his troops to Ukraine, The Daily Beast reported Tuesday.

A Russian colonel was accused of selling the locations of his own soldiers, an audio recording released by the Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate revealed. The recording is a man saying he is a Russian soldier and a female friend. The recording doesn't cite a specific place in Ukraine, but he was complaining of constant shelling.

Alex Jones July 4th message appears to take the film 'Independence Day' as a documentary: 'Cyborg slaves of Satan'

A decades-old tradition for the July 4th holiday is watching the film "Independence Day," where Will Smith and Jeff Goldblum help save the world against an alien invasion across the globe. The powerful speech from Bill Pullman proclaims the Earth was joining together as one to fight against the monstrous UFOs that had already blown up the White House.

"We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore," said Pullman as the president. "We will be united in our common interests. Perhaps it's fate that today is the 4th of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom, not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution — but from annihilation. We're fighting for our right to live, to exist. And should we win the day, the 4th of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day when the world declared in one voice: We will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight! We're going to live on! We're going to survive! Today, we celebrate our Independence Day!"
