President Donald Trump lashed out at Michigan Republicans who published a report Wednesday saying that there was no election fraud in the 2020 election and that Trump still lost.

According to the report, "those promoting Antrim County as the prime evidence of a nationwide conspiracy to steal the election place all other statements and actions they make in a position of zero credibility."

It was announced Thursday that Rudy Giuliani would be suspended from practicing law in New York as the investigation into false statements to the courts, the public and lawmakers moves forward.

The court documents claimed that Giuliani had lied multiple times on behalf of Donald Trump.

Writing for the Washington Post Thursday, reporter Aaron Blake noted that as time crawls forward, the best arguments against former President Donald Trump's "wild baseless claims" has come from the ex-president's own party members.

Most recently, the downfall of Trump's claims about the 2020 election in Michigan came as a result of the state's own Republicans. Wednesday, the Michigan Republican Oversight panel issued a report explaining why nothing illegal happened in the state's vote last November. There was no fraud.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani has been suspended from practicing law in New York, according to the Supreme Court of New York Appellate Division, First Judicial Department. The suspension will continue as the Attorney Grievance Committees continue an investigation into Giuliani.

The court ruled that they found "there is uncontroverted evidence that respondent communicated demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers and the public at large in his capacity as lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump and the Trump campaign in connection with Trump's failed effort at reelection in 2020."

Mike Pompeo is making inroads with large New York Republican donors as he funds his super PAC "Champion American Values," reported CNBC on Thursday.

Pompeo has been traveling to early primary and caucus states like Iowa to New Hampshire but also to states like Texas and Nebraska. He'll certainly need it, according to the latest conservative straw poll, support for Pompeo fell behind Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).

A beach condo building in Florida partially collapsed overnight, bringing down many residents along with it. Survivors described the horrifying screams from trapped neighbors that they couldn't reach.

The Bexar County Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday that they'd fired a lieutenant who was at the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, reported KENS5.

Roxanne Mathai has been suspended for the past six months pending an investigation, but it was announced Wednesday she was being dismissed. Mathai is an avid Trump supporter who went to the rally and then walked to the Capitol. She posted photos and videos of the incident on her social media pages, leading Sheriff Javier Salazar to inform her he sent screenshots to the FBI.

On Wednesday's edition of "Anderson Cooper 360," correspondent Jim Acosta said that former President Donald Trump feels "used" by his son-in-law Jared Kushner, following reports that he and Ivanka Trump have distanced themselves from him as he continues to attack the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential election.

"It sounds like Jared and Ivanka are trying to treat Trump as the coffee boy. I never thought I would see that day," said Acosta. "I did talk to a long-time Trump adviser today who said, you know what, Trump feels used by Jared Kushner. There's a twist, Anderson, that I don't know if we would ever see — Trump feeling used in all of this."

The Justice Department released six news videos Wednesday that show more footage from the Capitol attack on Jan. 6, CNN.com reported.

While Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA) claims that they were just tourists and Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) said they weren't armed or that dangerous, the videos show the shocking scene Republicans are denying.

On Wednesday, KDRV reported that two Northern California men have been charged under Oregon's hate crime statute for a reported racist, violent assault on a Black gas station attendant in Ashland.

"The incident happened on May 13, when Ashland Police responded to the AM/PM gas station at 2380 Ashland Street for reports of an assault in progress. An investigation into the attack found that two white men had assaulted a Black gas station attendant 'while using racist language,' the agency said," reported Jamie Parfitt. "Detectives took over the investigation and later identified the two men as 23-year-old Caleb Pierce of Fort Jones and 32-year-old Scott Sutton of Yreka, California."

Brian Glenn Bingham was arrested Tuesday on charges including assault of police officers during the Capitol riot, something the FBI says Bingham bragged about on his Facebook page afterward.

The FBI reported it had received tips about Bingham after the riot from three witnesses, all of whom said they served with him in the Army. The complaint against him details an altercation he started with one of the officers inside the Capitol. Here's an excerpt:
