Marjorie Taylor Greene: People think aliens are invading and it's Joe Biden's fault

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) on Monday laid the blame on President Joe Biden because some of her followers apparently believe the United States is under alien invasion.

Marjorie Taylor Greene roasted for love of BLM supporter Chris Stapleton's Super Bowl performance

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene took to Twitter during the Super Bowl to praise country music performer Chris Stapleton's performance as the only non-"woke" performance at the game — and was roundly ridiculed for not knowing the musician's politics, The Independent reported.

"Ms. Greene praised the singer’s performance while slamming the rest of the pre-game events – Sheryl Lee Ralph sang 'Lift Every Voice and Sing,' often referred to as the Black national anthem, and a team of all-female pilots performed a Navy flyover," reported Gustaf Kilander," the Independent reported.

PTSD expert: George Santos is a symptom of Trump

What public health experts have termed "the deaths of despair" have shortened the life spans of "working class" whites aged 45-54. Such a large decrease in lifespans for an entire demographic is relatively unique in the world. The American people – especially men – are experiencing very high levels of loneliness, disconnectedness and social atomization.

These problems are not separate or apart from Age of Trump.

In the most obvious example, more than 1 million people have died in America from the COVID pandemic – hundreds died just this week. The nation has not properly grieved such a massive loss. Part of that inability to properly grieve is a function of how the Trump regime and its agents have faced no serious criminal (or even civil) punishments for their role in what was a de facto act of democide.

Nikki Haley's 'presidential dream could become a nightmare' -- here's why

Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is reportedly planning to announce her bid for the 2024 Republican party nomination soon and, according to a report from Politico, she may find the party that has been reshaped by Donald Trump won't welcome her with open arms.

In fact, as Lauren Leader of All In Together wrote, despite her connection to the former president as his ambassador to the United Nations, her desire to be the Commander in Chief will likely be greeted with open hostility simply because she is a woman.

'The party of a yowling Marjorie Taylor Greene' is going to hand Biden a second term: conservative columnist

According to the editor-in-chief for the conservative National Review, the events of the past week are a foreshadowing of the direction the Republican Party is headed and that it will guarantee President Joe Biden a second term.

Making the assumption that the current president will run for re-election, Rich Lowry claimed that the outbursts by controversial Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) while Biden was speaking reflects badly on the entire Republican Party and that will be reflected in the 2024 presidential election.

Alien Twitter is going wild over all of these 'objects' being shot down

On Saturday night, there was a flurry of discourse on Twitter over whether or not literal aliens are in the beginning stages of a possible invasion.

After last week's takedown of a Chinese "surveillance balloon" over the Carolina coast, there have been other sightings of yet-to-be explained "objects," with one being shot down on Friday off the remote northern coast of Alaska, and the word UFO being used by outlets to describe them has had many people jumping to conclusions.

The latest of these events was brought to the public's attention last night when the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) announced that a U.S. F-22 fighter jet brought down an "unidentified cylindrical object" over Canada, shortly followed by news that airspace had been shut down while fighter jets investigated a "radar anomaly" in Montana according to Reuters.

House Republicans set off an avalanche of Biden probes — but not without peril

The new House Republican majority is already making good on its promise to deliver investigations – “a lot of them” – but it remains to be seen whether they’ll achieve the goal of politically damaging President Joe Biden, Vox reports.

“After retaking the House majority this year, the GOP is using its platform to do all it can to scrutinize the Biden administration,” Vox writes. “Already, lawmakers have held hearings on border security, Twitter’s handling of a story related to Hunter Biden’s laptop, and alleged biases that the federal government has against conservatives.”

For anyone feeling they’re missing out on the breathless flurry of Republican attacks, the Vox report offers an exhaustive breakdown. Beyond those initial hearings, the magazine describes probes including: the discovery of classified documents at Biden’s home and elsewhere; the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan; the origins of COVID-19 and the Biden Administration’s response to it; U.S. China policy and the Chinese balloon drama; and fraud in pandemic relief funds.
