New groping allegations against Giuliani add fuel to his sexual harassment lawsuit worries: analysis

Reacting to new allegations from former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson that former Donald Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani groped her as the Jan.6 insurrection was playing out, a former prosecutor who worked out of the Southern District of New York U.S. attorney's office suggested the bombshell news could play a part in an existing sexual harassment civil suit Giuliani is already facing.

Speaking with CNN's John Berman, Jessica Roth of the Cardozo School of Law pointed out that Noelle Dunphy, who is suing the former New York City mayor for over $10 million could use the Hutchinson allegations to bolster her case against Giuliani.

'Unspoken': Ex-Trump aide says White House women avoided Rudy Giuliani

It was an open secret in Donald Trump's administration that Rudy Giuliani was a "wild card," that he might show up drunk to the White House, and that women should stay clear of him, a former Trump administration official said Wednesday.

Alyssa Farah Griffin, a former communications official in Trump's administration who renounced him following the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, appeared on CNN Primetime to discuss recent allegations that the man previously known as America's Mayor groped Cassidy Hutchinson, who famously became the key to breaking through the Trump administration wall of silence in the investigation into the Jan. 6 insurrection.

'Welcome to the resistance': Jenna Ellis buried on MSNBC for finally figuring Trump out

Reacting to the highly public dissolution of former Donald Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis's relationship with the former president – who she now says is a "malignant narcissist" – MSNBC's "Morning Joe" panel piled on her for finally figuring her former boss out.

Last week the embattled Ellis, who was swept up in a 19-person racketeering indictment in Georgia related to election tampering, proclaimed there was no way she would vote for Trump for president in 2024.

That led conservative Charlie Sykes to blast the lawyer who stood by the side of Rudy Giuliani trying to get the 2020 election results overturned.

POLL: Should Trump be allowed to run for office?

"She is shocked, shocked to learn there's a cult of personality around a malignant narcissist and fellow conservatives are willing to put his needs ahead of the constitution," he sarcastically began. "I'm sorry. Welcome to the resistance, Jenna – if only you had been warned."

"[Co-panelist] Jonathan Lemire is absolutely right," he continued. " It's striking how a criminal indictment can marvelously focus the mind about things that you've probably known all along."

"I do wonder how many of these people in the inner circle part of the big lie conspiracy have known all along, who all know that Donald Trump is a malignant narcissist?" he joked.
