Thousands of Georgia voters are being threatened with having their votes thrown out

It's less than 30 days before the 2022 mid-term election and already in Georgia voters are running the risk of having their ballots thrown out.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported on Wednesday that thousands of voters in Cobb County are being threatened with having their voter registration tossed. Another Trump lawyer slapped with an ethics complaint

Donald Trump's lawyer Kenneth Chesebro is the latest attorney to draw questions about his ethics after reports that he worked to help overturn the 2020 election.

The New York Times reported Wednesday that a group of several dozen lawyers and prominent legal figures affiliated with the Lawyers Defending American Democracy are questioning Chesebro's ethics in a filing to the Supreme Court of New York's attorney grievance committee.

The ABA Journal reported Tuesday that a Kentucky judge is being accused of trying to kill a report that he walked around the courthouse in his underwear. The judge also allegedly attempted to intimidate the witnesses in his ethics case.

It all began when Judge James T. Jameson was questioned about an ankle-monitoring program. Investigating that case, the public radio station WKMS at Murray State University filed a request for security footage from the courthouse. That's when Judge Jameson realized what would be seen on the tapes.

Supreme Court declines to hear case of whether a fetus is a 'person'

One of the conversations that has started since the Supreme Court decided to eliminate Roe v. Wade is the argument of "personhood" and whether or not a fetus is considered a person and at what stage of development it becomes a "person." Tuesday, the Supreme Court said that they weren't going to take it up just yet.

The co-hosts of "The View" were disgusted after hearing a Los Angeles City Council member railing against a 2-year-old Black son of a fellow council member. Speaking with fellow Councilmembers Kevin de León and Gil Cedillo and L.A. County Federation of Labor President Ron Herrera, Nury Martinez railed against the child in racially-charged slurs and said he was being raised "like a little white kid."

She continued to attack the council member, who is white, by saying, “F*ck that guy, he’s with the Blacks" and needed a beatdown. “Let me take him around the corner, I’ll bring him right back,” she said.
