The nearly 50-page indictment for Oath Keeper Stewart Rhodes dropped on Thursday, which detailed the charges of seditious conspiracy from the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol and the U.S. government. The indictment also revealed that it involves an additional 10 members of the para-military militia group.

About ten pages into the indictment, it was revealed that Rhodes used a video of a Serbian author who detailed how he and his movement were able to seize power when they say Slobodan Milošević stole the election. Titled "Step by step procedure, how we won when Milosevic stole our elections," was one of many videos that Rhodes told his Signal channel that they should watch from the author.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) drew attention after a racially-charged speech about a Black judicial nominee she accused of having a "rap sheet" because he had speeding tickets from his 20s. As CNN explained, the phrase "rap sheet" is typically used for arrests and prosecutions and conflating it with a speeding ticket is absurd.

The day after, Blackburn is being called out again for tweeting something that proves she either didn't read the story link or she was outright lying.

Jan. 6 insurrectionist Jacob Wiedrich agreed to plead guilty for unlawful parading during the attack on the U.S. Capitol. Prosecutors are recommending that the court only give him three months in prison.

Conservative radio host Glenn Beck is not doing well in his struggle with COVID-19, according to the Daily Beast. However, Beck made it clear that he's using the medication known as ivermectin, which has not been proven to be an effective treatment.

“I am great, Mark. I am great, Mark,” Beck told Mark Levin. “Despite having COVID and seeing the destruction of our country,” he added.

Rep. Haley Stevens (D-MI) is asking the Capitol Police for help after fellow Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) suggested that Second Amendment rights be used against Democrats.

Greene appeared on the radio show of former President Donald Trump White House aide Sebastian Gorka Tuesday. During the interview, she complained about Stacey Abrams, who has announced she's running for governor in Georgia.

The House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol is asking House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to speak with them about what happened that day, CNN reported.

"We also must learn about how the President's plans for January 6th came together, and all the other ways he attempted to alter the results of the election," wrote committee chair Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS). "For example, in advance of January 6th, you reportedly explained to Mark Meadows and the former President that objections to the certification of the electoral votes on January 6th 'was doomed to fail.'"

Jason Walker was shot on Saturday by an off-duty North Carolina sheriff's deputy who claimed Walker leaped onto his F-150 truck and broke through his windshield.

The officer, who was revealed Tuesday as Deputy Jeffrey Hash, described the scene as Walker appearing in the street in front of him and that he had to slam on his brakes to avoid hitting him. He says that Walker then jumped on the hood of his F-150 truck. It was the same story he relayed to 911 when he called.

The Senate Judiciary Committee questioned Andre B. Mathis, a judicial appointee for the U.S. Sixth Circuit and during that hearing, Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) used some racially-charged language.

Mathis, who is Black, had his license briefly suspended after he forgot to pay speeding tickets 10 years ago when he was in his 20s. One of the speeding tickets was from him driving five miles per hour over the speed limit.

When the social media site Gettr first launched, former Donald Trump campaign aide Jason Miller claimed it would be a "cancel-free zone," allowing people to say whatever they want. The only exception made at the time of the launch was that no one could trash Gettr on Gettr. Now, the site is moving to ban users.

The Daily Beast reported that one right-wing pundit has been banned after using the N-word in his profile. Jon Miller identifies as a Black conservative using the word in his profile.

Tom LoBianco, a biographer of former Vice President Mike Pence, penned a glowing editorial for Vanity Fair arguing that the former running mate of Donald Trump could be the shadow front-runner of 2024. Pence's problem, however, is that Trump would stop any efforts for him. Eliminating Trump could give Pence a pathway to the presidency, but it could also infuriate the Trump base he would need to make it through a primary election.

Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-MS), of the House Select Committee on the Jan. 6 attack, said Tuesday that speaking to Pence is a high priority for the committee. Pence hasn't yet been subpoenaed, but earlier this month Thompson indicated that they'd ask the former VP to testify voluntarily.
